Francisca Grommé presents at Wageningen University

On June 29, Francisca gave a talk at the conference ‘The Value of Life: Measurement, Stakes, Implications’, organised by the Centre for Space and Place at Wageningen University. She discussed the everyday practical and political challenges in making population statistics for Europe’s Overseas Countries and Territories (the OCTs, or countries and regions that have special relationships with EU member states due to previous colonisation). Her talk was titled ‘Producing statistics about the European Overseas Countries and Territories: The Case of the Caribbean Netherlands’.
