Second edition of Being Digital Citizens published

Evelyn Ruppert and co-author Engin Isin have published a second edition of their book, Being Digital Citizens (2020, Rowman Littlefield International). The second edition demonstrates the continuing relevance and pertinence of the book’s novel theory of digital acts and digital citizens through extensive research and analysis of major political struggles over digital technologies and data activism since 2015.
